Inspired by lectio divina and St. Vincent de Paul’s prayer of repetition, it offers a simple, faithful rhythm for daily prayer rooted in a Scripture reading from each Sunday's Mass and a corresponding paragraph from the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

A leader guide is included for optional group or parish use to help parishes break the silence around personal relationship with Jesus.
